Makassar Deaf advocates send legal warning to comedian over video mocking sign language interpreters

Disability group Ballak Inklusi in Makassar, Indonesia, sent a formal legal warning to Bone comedian Herul Syam over an Instagram reel that parodied a sign language interpreter during a Prabowo speech with made-up signs. Deaf advocates demand he delete it, apologize to the Deaf community and interpreters, and clarify the signs were fake within 72 hours.
