Argentina: Deaf futsal player Matías Moreschini seeks support to reach the 2027 Winter Deaflympics in Austria

Matías "Mati" Moreschini, 25, of Villa María, Córdoba, has been called up to Argentina's Deaf futsal team, Los Jabalíes, for the Winter Deaflympics in Austria on Jan. 15–24, 2027. He quit his job to train with the squad in Buenos Aires, and his sister, who has raised him since they were orphaned, is asking the community to help cover his flights, passport, medical checks and daily costs, Villa María Online reports.
