Tucumán hosts Argentina's sixth National Gathering of Deaf Catholics

The 6th National Gathering of Deaf Catholics of Argentina took place October 23-25 in the Archdiocese of Tucumán, at the San Alfonso retreat house, bringing together Deaf people from Salta, Corrientes, Misiones, San Juan, Buenos Aires, Rosario, Catamarca and other provinces. Under the motto "We proclaim the peace of Jesus," participants took part in activities to strengthen their identity as a Deaf Catholic community. A highlight was a community Mass presided in Argentine Sign Language by Father Marcos Cabrera.
