Guided Tour in Icelandic Sign Language of the Coast Guard Vessel Óðinn
Sign language guide Sigurlín Margrét Sigurðardóttir leads an Icelandic Sign Language (ÍTM) tour of the historic coast guard vessel Óðinn at the Reykjavík Maritime Museum. Explore the ship and learn about its history, life on board, and its role in the Icelandic Coast Guard. The tour lasts about one hour. All sign language users are welcome.
Accessibility: the vessel has steep ladders, high thresholds, low ceilings and narrow spaces. It is not accessible for wheelchairs or people with limited mobility, and people with claustrophobia are advised not to board.
