About the role
As a Growth Engineer, you will design and develop high-converting websites, landing pages, and web applications for clients across industries. You will work closely with the strategy and content teams to translate marketing goals into fast, responsive, and SEO-optimized digital experiences. Responsibilities include building custom WordPress themes, implementing tracking and analytics, optimizing page speed and Core Web Vitals, setting up A/B testing frameworks, and maintaining client sites.
Requirements
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress development (custom themes and plugins), responsive design, Git version control, page speed optimization, Google Tag Manager, conversion rate optimization, basic understanding of SEO technical requirements, familiarity with React or headless CMS architectures is a plus.
