About the role
As an Account Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will identify and qualify leads through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries, present Leeper Digital's service offerings, negotiate contracts, and guide new clients through onboarding. You will work closely with the founder to develop sales collateral, track pipeline metrics, and ensure a seamless handoff to the delivery team.
Requirements
Consultative selling, CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), pipeline forecasting, proposal writing, client relationship management, strong verbal and written communication, negotiation skills. 2+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management. Prior experience selling marketing, advertising, or digital services strongly preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
