Australian support helps Fiji gear up for Deaf Rugby World Cup

Australian Deaf Rugby, Rugby Australia, the Fiji Rugby Union and Fiji Deaf Rugby have run training clinics in Fiji since 2023 with backing from the Australian Government's PacificAus Sports program, which has now funded playing kits, training gear and formal wear for Fiji's men's and women's Deaf rugby sevens teams ahead of the World Cup in Tokyo from October 31 to November 3. Fiji won both titles at last year's inaugural Pacific Rim Deaf Rugby Sevens.
