ZP Connect becomes first provider to offer Video Relay Service (VRS) calls through FaceTime for Deaf and hard of hearing customers
Starting Oct. 30 at 6 a.m. CT, customers of ZP Connect (formerly ZP Better Together, founded in 2000 by and for the Deaf community) can place Video Relay Service calls through FaceTime, bringing sign language interpreters into FaceTime conversations so Deaf and hard of hearing people can talk with hearing family, friends and colleagues on a familiar platform.
